Guarding

Our guards are split into the main three categories which are patrol officer, access control officer and static officer. Each section is trained according to the PSIRA AND SASSETA regulations to ensure all administration standard processes are followed accordingly. Our controllers are always monitoring any communications systems to assist and identify any incidents that need immediate support.

All our officers are supervised by our Operations Manager, Area Manager or Site Manager in accordance with our company policy and the standard operating procedure which speaks to our client’s instructions. Our mobile supervisors visit sites twice a day and twice at night at rotated critical high-risk times designed to provide efficient support to our staff in times of emergencies.
